Returns & Exchanges

At DUSK, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original DUSK packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
