How long does shipping take for larger furniture items?

Standard delivery for furniture items typically takes 5-10 business days. Once your order is dispatched, our specialist courier will contact you to arrange a specific delivery window.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses and bedding cannot be returned once opened.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, all DUSK furniture and bed frames come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
